I'm trying to find out how independent musicians create their music, how they distribute it and the costs involved with releasing music. If anybody has any more information to share, then please feel free to leave it in the comments.
Once I've compiled all of the information I'll share the results so we can all share insights, offer support and generally guide one another.

I answered yes to Question 9. Music is a full time job for me (teaching and accompanying), but being a composer/recording artist is more like a hobby at the moment.
